Key Responsibilities

  • •Planning and control of project activities for the investment portfolio
  • •Elaboration and updating project tracking fichas using SAP and Primavera, generating monthly forecasts and summary data
  • •Gathering information in SAP and from procurement to update the equipment acquisitions control spreadsheet and generate reports
  • •Developing project schedules based on information provided by the project manager
  • •Preparing daily/weekly project progress curves and monitoring physical-financial progress and deviations

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services
  • •Knowledge of the MAN and MM modules of SAP/R3
  • •Microsoft Office and Primavera P6 proficiency
  • •Technical formação in any area and Primavera P6 certification
  • •Experience in planning and control of projects for energy/investment portfolios (preferably with SAP/ Primavera)
