Key Responsibilities

  • •Own strategy, three-year vision, and business outcomes for the Agentic Software Delivery section, including how AI is changing software delivery.
  • •Lead and develop senior and principal product managers across Continuous Integration, Artifact Management, Continuous Deployment, and Observability.
  • •Establish frameworks, standards, and an operating rhythm to enable consistent, high-quality product decisions with minimal escalation.
  • •Own section KPIs and adoption funnels, reallocating investment or stopping work that isn’t delivering results.
  • •Partner with Engineering leadership to align platform investment and trade-offs, connecting build/package/deploy/monitor into a coherent customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading and developing product managers, including hiring and addressing performance directly.
  • •A track record owning a portfolio across multiple product areas with accountability for adoption, retention, and revenue.
  • •Deep product management experience in one or more areas like continuous integration/delivery pipelines, artifact/package management, release management, or observability.
  • •Sound judgment about where to invest and where to stop, including making and defending build/buy/partner decisions with business cases.
