Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary client relationship executive, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and other third parties.
•Lead preconstruction discussions with clients and internal teams to develop contractual obligations such as estimates, schedules, staffing plans, and business plans.
•Oversee and assess the project’s master schedule throughout its lifecycle, ensuring contractual obligations are met and holding team members accountable.
•Promote and follow health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, enhancing site safety culture and initiatives.
•Develop the work plan that forms the program management plan (PMP) and provide escalation for project, financial, and contractual risks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or field related to construction.
•Graduate degree in construction management or engineering is preferred.
•12+ years of relevant project and program management experience.
•2+ years managing high performing programs in a consulting environment.
•Demonstrated experience delivering major capital programs on budget and on time, with strong leadership and client relationship skills.
