Key Responsibilities

•Supervising a team of program schedulers and planners to provide quality scheduling support and infuse best practices into program plans.
•Foster collaboration with cost analyst counterparts to provide analysis the programs can use to make decisions.
•Ensure quality planning and scheduling support compliant with program requirements and earned value policy, including vertical/horizontal linkage, critical path assessments, and baseline changes.
•Ensure timely execution of contract deliverables such as IPMR and schedule risk assessments.
•Create program scheduling procedures and standard work, and continuously expand knowledge to enhance team innovation and productivity.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8+ years of experience or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a program planner using logic-driven scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Open Plan)
•Experience analyzing IMS quality (e.g., DCMA 14-point and DCMA DECM) and ability to produce valid critical paths, applying root cause analysis to variance recovery
•Knowledge in the application of integrated cost/schedule techniques on programs; experience developing talent and driving team performance and influencing customers’ understanding of earned-value management and scheduling principles for DoD projects
•U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
•Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
•Experience with government compliance programs, DoD EVM, and Monte Carlo schedule risk analysis tools (e.g., Primavera Risk Analysis, Acumen Fuse)
