Key Responsibilities

•Manage the development timeline for all DTP deliverables spanning PDKs, Foundational IPs, Reference Flows, and Platform Validation to meet release commits and customer needs.
•Communicate risks and create solution plans, working closely with domain owners to guarantee flawless execution.
•Plan the timeline of intermediate deliverables and foresee the status of development and interdependencies to proactively guarantee meeting delivery commits.
•Identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency and drive necessary organizational change and culture.
•Build and lead a high-performance team, develop leaders, and influence the direction of the company across levels.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 271,620 - 383,460 annually

Key Requirements

•20+ years of industry and leadership experience including direct experience in design and design enablement
•Semiconductor background to understand the impact of process feature add on PDK collaterals & FIP design
•Program management skills to drive execution and discipline to deliver to commits
•Platform planning mindset to proactively collaborate with different area owners to deliver a complete and validated design platform and identify efficiency improvement opportunities
•Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
