Key Responsibilities

  • •Sit inside a product team from day one with the same stand-ups, code review, and production access as full-time engineers.
  • •Own at least one meaningful project end to end (idea, build, ship, and watch usage).
  • •Build software aimed at improving incident reliability for thousands of mid-incident companies.
  • •Work on AI-native incident features, including agents that investigate and explain incidents and increasingly fix things.
  • •Collaborate on shipping fast with hard deadlines while learning from failures in production.
