Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general production tasks in any department of the pork processing facility.
  • •Carry out knife work such as trimming and removing bones from meat products.
  • •Work in Harvest or Cut/Converting environments as assigned (including handling wet/humid/hot or cold/damp conditions).
  • •Perform Loadout tasks including reading order sheets, retrieving boxes from racks, placing boxes on a conveyor, and palletizing/arranging shipments.
  • •Meet physical job demands continuously while working in cold/damp or hot/humid environments and lifting as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • •Basic to intermediate knife work, such as trimming and removing bones from meat products.
  • •Must be willing and able to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach continuously; lifting up to 65 lbs (and up to 100 lbs in Loadout).
  • •Must be able and willing to work 6 days a week (Monday–Saturday) for Harvest and Cut/Converting.
  • •All job offers are conditional on providing proof of legal work authorization within the U.S. and passing a urinalysis screening (part of a post-offer health assessment).
