Key Responsibilities

  • •Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to execute product and business strategy
  • •Lead the full development cycle including technical design, development, test automation, experimentation, analysis, and launch
  • •Build efficient, reusable frontend web components while maintaining performance and scalable systems
  • •Design and implement server-side APIs to support frontend requirements with strong architectural separation of concerns
  • •Collaborate with Machine Learning and Generative AI Engineers to improve Community Support systems

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years industry experience
  • •Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience
  • •Experience architecting frontend (FE) systems with proven ownership of end-to-end features and cross-team integrations
  • •Experience building large web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript
  • •Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript libraries and tooling (e.g., React, GraphQL)
