Key Responsibilities

•Run the syndication process end-to-end for leveraged, acquisition, and syndicated finance transactions, including distribution strategy, execution, and investor management.
•Optimize returns through deal terms (pricing, fees, Original Issue Discount, flex, allocations) while maintaining issuer and investor relationships.
•Coordinate internally across Coverage, Origination, Credit/Risk, Legal, Operations, and Finance to drive execution.
•Provide market updates and track investor behavior and appetite to improve execution certainty and reduce underwriting risk.
•Work with Legal and agency teams on commitment papers, syndication letters, NDA language, and execution mechanics; ensure controls and closing deliverables are ready.

Key Requirements

•Strong relevant experience in an investment bank, private equity, investment fund, or financial institutions.
•Strong knowledge of leveraged finance markets and syndication dynamics.
•Advanced oral and written communication skills.
•Strong financial analysis capability with MS Excel modelling skills and high attention to detail.
•Ability to balance issuer needs, investor demand, and bank risk/return; strong stakeholder management.
