Key Responsibilities

•Lead development of technical approaches and oversee design procedures, software and tools to ensure high-quality, cost-effective technical project activities.
•Develop estimates of technical efforts for projects and manage communication with the full design team and client.
•Oversee the completion of complex work requiring ingenuity and creativity, including project designs and plans, presentations and drawings.
•Meet with clients and oversee all aspects of the project to ensure client needs are met.
•Mentor junior staff and provide guidance to ensure regulatory compliance and quality deliverables.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS and 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Pass client required drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle records check
•8+ years of experience supporting RCRA regulatory compliance, hazardous waste management, and environmental permitting projects
•Strong knowledge of federal and state hazardous waste regulations, including RCRA corrective action and compliance programs
•Experience serving industrial, manufacturing, energy, chemical, or federal government clients
