Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., CS, Maths, Statistics) or equivalent experience

  • •Experience conducting large-scale A/B experiments and interpreting causal effects
  • •Ability to guide product teams to measure things that matter and to translate data into actionable insights
  • •Proven track record of data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment
