Job Summary

Senior Cost Manager with data centers experience responsible for cost estimation, cost planning, procurement, post-contract cost management, and value engineering. You will lead cost management activities, prepare cost reports, liaise with clients and consultants, and guide a cost management team on medium to high complexity construction projects within a global real estate/consulting context.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide estimate and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan.
•Assist on feasibility studies and writing procurement reports.
•Perform all aspects of procurement, including managing the pre-qualification stage, produce bid list, bid analysis, produce bid report, and compile contractual documents.
•Produce monthly post contract cost reports and present to client.
•Provide input into value engineering; negotiate and approve final accounts.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years’ experience preparing cost estimates.
•Experience in Data center, Pharma, Oil and Gas preferred.
•Fluent in Spanish and English.
•Good technical experience in all cost management areas; pre-contract, post contract and final account.
•Good understanding of mechanical, process, electrical, and plumbing systems as they relate to construction of projects.
