Key Responsibilities

•Own compensation program fundamentals, including job architecture and leveling framework maintenance with market benchmarking and consistent application.
•Lead the annual compensation cycle end-to-end (merit, bonus, and equity planning), including modeling, calibration support, and recommendations to senior leadership.
•Manage global LOA case management including FMLA, ADA, parental leave, and international statutory leaves, coordinating with third-party administrators.
•Own the employee benefits experience by managing the outsourced provider relationship, leading open enrollment communications, and driving provider performance (SLA monitoring and escalation).
•Audit and report on compensation, benefits, and leave data in HRIS, ensuring compliance and recommending automation/process improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually
