Support the Growth & CRM team in executing lifecycle campaigns for riders across 22 countries, while helping to rethink and automate CRM workflows with AI-powered tools. Key Responsibilities

•Design lifecycle campaigns and communication flows targeting rider acquisition, onboarding, reactivation, and long-term engagement.
•Oversee end-to-end campaign execution: briefing, audience setup, QA, scheduling, localization, launch, and post-launch reporting.
•Track CRM performance metrics (activation, conversion, retention), support A/B testing, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
•Collaborate with local teams across 22 countries to tailor campaigns to regional needs and communication preferences.
•Identify repetitive CRM tasks and build automation workflows; develop prompt-based tools and lightweight automations; use AI for segmentation and analysis; and create an internal playbook of automation best practices.

Key Requirements

•Ability to work 40 hours per week for at least 6 months.
•Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with strong interest in growth, lifecycle marketing, or CRM.
•Comfort with automations and basics of SQL/Python (read/tweak/run simple scripts) and understanding AI/automation beyond prompts.
•AI curiosity with a practical mindset and a willingness to experiment to find real value.
•Execution mindset with proactive, hands-on approach and strong English communication.
