Manufacturing Engineer

Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, operating sequences, and processes for fabrication and assembly. Coordinate product improvements and new product releases with cross-functional engineering teams. Apply lean principles, automation, and continuous improvement to reduce manufacturing costs, improve quality, and set time standards. Use test procedures and failure analysis (including RCCA) to identify root causes, evaluate work methods, and recommend tooling and process requirements, while driving supplier warranty actions for early-life part quality issues.
