Head Waiter (QA)

Oversee front-of-house operations to deliver an exceptional guest dining experience. Coordinate seating and reservations, greet guests, and handle inquiries and complaints professionally. Supervise and train waitstaff, assign duties, and manage schedules to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods. Partner with kitchen and bar teams for timely service, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, and support revenue through upselling and promotions.
