Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, coordinate, and deliver large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects.
  • •Manage multidisciplinary design and delivery teams across all project phases.
  • •Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and delivery strategies.
  • •Serve as primary client point of contact; lead project meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Monitor budgets, risks, performance, and quality; coordinate corrective actions and support change/contract administration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 12–15+ years’ experience in engineering consultancy, infrastructure project delivery, or major development programmes.
  • •Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure masterplan and land development projects in the UAE.
  • •Demonstrated client-facing experience managing relationships with government entities, developers, and key stakeholders.
  • •Strong project management, project controls, commercial management, and risk management experience; PMP certification (or Chartered Engineer) is desirable.
