Job Summary

Architect, develop, test, and support PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) capabilities, bridging technical delivery with business strategy. Lead finance batch operations (AP/AR/GL), critical financial close cycles, and PeopleTools/PUM upgrade initiatives, including retrofit analysis and UAT support. Resolve incidents and perform root-cause analysis for permanent fixes. Modernize reporting and testing with AI automation, including AI agents for PeopleSoft query generation and streamlined reporting workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide financial operations and ERP support across the PeopleSoft Finance and FSCM ecosystem.
•Manage daily and monthly finance batch operations for AP, AR, and GL, including critical period closes.
•Resolve application requests, batch failures, and user incidents, performing root-cause analysis for permanent fixes.
•Lead system upgrades and lifecycle management, including retrofit analysis, PeopleTools and PUM image upgrades, and UAT support.
•Automate testing and reporting using AI-driven workflows and AI agents to streamline PeopleSoft query generation and execution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
•8+ years supporting, upgrading, and enhancing PeopleSoft Financials applications.
•Strong techno-functional expertise in PeopleSoft Finance modules and FSCM ecosystem support.
•Demonstrable experience with finance batch operations and financial close processes (AP/AR/GL).
•Experience with PeopleSoft development and reporting components, including PeopleTools frameworks and PeopleSoft query/reporting tools.
