Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, implement, and ensure continuous improvement of maintenance and reliability strategies aligned to business objectives and asset management principles.
  • •Apply reliability strategy to reduce failures, control risk, and extend asset life while ensuring safe, efficient, reliable, and sustainable operations.
  • •Ensure governance and quality of condition monitoring and reliability analysis information, and monitor, analyze, and report reliability, performance, and risk indicators for critical systems/equipment.
  • •Coordinate with maintenance and operations to anticipate potential failures and take effective preventive actions; promote defect elimination and dissemination of lessons learned.
  • •Support technical and safety event investigations, participate in ICAM/RCA/5porque teams, ensure compliance with safety/environment/operational standards, and advise technical staff on reliability concepts and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance, reliability, or maintenance engineering, preferably in energy, mining, or petrochemical sectors.
  • •Experience developing or advising on risk and reliability management methodologies such as RCM, RCA, FMEA/FMECA, RBI, and MOC.
  • •Technical knowledge of condition monitoring tools (e.g., tribology, vibration, acoustic ultrasonics, thermography, oil analysis, NDT, and electrical insulation analysis).
  • •Working knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g., JDEdwards) and the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and reports for critical equipment.
