•Achieve top-line sales targets by selling DEWALT, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, PORTER-CABLE and related brands to end-user customers.
•Establish and maintain end-user partner relationships, including management of CORE and other SBD user contracts and programs.
•Teach and mentor the local market team on end-user development, including identifying contacts and aligning purchasing execution with local teams and partners.
•Partner with channel marketing to implement and coordinate marketing initiatives.
•Maintain and use Salesforce.com as a CRM and planning tool, communicating successes and failures for key accounts and opportunities.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in sales or marketing for construction supplies with a proven track record delivering results.
•Experience selling to high-level executives, C-Suite, and jobsite directors is preferred.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred (relevant construction field experience may substitute).
•Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking.
•Valid driver’s license and the physical ability to travel up to 50% within the territory assignment.
