Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical and organizational strategy for multi-cloud infrastructure and the Kubernetes platform, balancing reliability, security, cost, and developer velocity.
  • •Manage multiple teams and managers across compute platform, cloud infrastructure, developer experience, and reliability engineering.
  • •Define and deliver a multi-year infrastructure roadmap covering cluster architecture, workload orchestration, service networking, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD.
  • •Set operational excellence standards including SLOs, incident response, on-call health, blameless postmortems, and dynamic rollout practices.
  • •Drive multi-cloud execution (workload placement, portability, disaster recovery, and multi-region resilience) and partner with Security/Compliance for regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of hands-on software and infrastructure engineering experience, including 5+ years leading teams and managing managers.
  • •Production-grade Kubernetes experience at scale, including multi-cluster/multi-tenant operations, upgrade strategies, isolation, autoscaling, and failure modes.
  • •Experience operating across AWS, GCP, and Azure, with a clear view on where multi-cloud provides value.
  • •Strong infrastructure-as-code and declarative operations experience (Terraform, Helm, GitOps such as Argo CD or Flux) plus CI/CD.
  • •Ability to build and operate highly available, secure distributed systems with trustworthy observability (metrics, logging, tracing, alerting).
