Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the team delivers product to meet revenue budget targets.
  • •Manage delivery performance to ensure on-time delivery, cost, and quality (parts and paperwork).
  • •Run WIP/drumbeat meetings and ensure accurate completion dates with material planners; manage WIP accountability and escalation.
  • •Provide financial forecasts to the IPT and finance team, including monthly reviews and in-month updates on risks and opportunities.
  • •Manage OTTS and arrears, lead investigations for missed deliveries (RCCA) with CI support, and support FPY target achievement with the Production Supervisor and Value Stream Manager.
