Key Responsibilities

  • •Support product design and production by developing corrosion-prevention and paint/plating processes for military and defense applications.
  • •Develop and optimize procedures and testing for different base materials and surface treatments, including creating and applying inspection processes/criteria.
  • •Assess supplier capability, audit coating processes, and develop corrective/preventive actions based on root cause analysis and failure analysis.
  • •Train operators and inspectors and serve as a technical liaison across engineering, manufacturing, and quality organizations.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with at least 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience.
