  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of experienced regulatory operations analysts, owning operating rhythm and setting priorities.
  • •Redefine how the analyst role works in an AI-enabled organization, evolving from state-specific reactive work to strategic regulatory engagement and general problem-solving.
  • •Use deep knowledge of registration operations to design operating models that are compliant and efficient.
  • •Pressure-test assumptions and institutional knowledge by examining real work products and testing beliefs against data.
  • •Act as a primary face of Registration, partnering cross-functionally and presenting data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.
