Job Summary

Serve as an internal controls advisor supporting risk identification and evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of controls across ByteDance’s global functions. Lead risk analysis and root-cause work, develop analysis tools and templates, and provide insights for management reporting. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive action plans that improve the control environment, while staying current on internal control best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform risk identification and assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls across ByteDance global functions.
•Conduct risk analysis and root cause analysis, including identifying risks and analyzing underlying causes.
•Recommend and develop analysis tools and templates to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes, approvals, and policies.
•Provide research, analysis, and insights to support management reporting as needed.
•Work with cross-functional teams to establish action plans that improve the overall control environment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•High professional proficiency and exemplary English communication skills to support APAC and EMEA.
•Familiar with procurement process logic, with compliance-related experience in procurement.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
•Demonstrated professional ethics, learning aptitude, and a results-oriented mindset.
