Job Summary

Coordinate and govern Nordic operations across risk, QA, business continuity, and real estate, serving as the central contact between Nordics, EMEA partners, and global functions. Own lifecycle management of assigned business applications and ensure compliance with Solution Line requirements. Lead minor Nordic operational projects, facilitate business application partnerships, and drive audit-ready governance, including access reviews and GDPR-aligned data protection processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as Nordic coordinator for operational governance spanning risk, quality assurance, business continuity, and real estate activities across the Nordics.
•Own Nordic QA/AC processes and quarterly QA/QC reporting to the EMEA Risk SharePoint, including collection, review, and remediation planning.
•Maintain and update BCP plans within the Continuity Logic (Krakow) system, including joiner/leaver management and Swedish crisis management plan ownership.
•Coordinate Nordic real estate activities, including office leases, renewals, refurbishments, relocations, and vendor/stakeholder engagement.
•Act as Templafy super user and Nordic access approver, reviewing/approving access requests and overseeing application access and lifecycle management.

Key Requirements

•Experience in operations, risk management, governance and/or quality assurance.
•Experience coordinating across multiple countries or complex matrix organizations.
•Understanding of ERM, Risk Committees, and regulatory reporting.
•High attention to detail with strong documentation and structured working style.
•Comfortable facilitating meetings and workshops and managing stakeholders.
