Key Responsibilities

•Safely load, secure, transport, and offload CarMax vehicles between stores, auctions, vendors, and logistics hubs.
•Ensure timely and accurate vehicle delivery to support inventory flow and customer satisfaction.
•Operate trucks and trailers with a focus on safety, efficiency, and cleanliness.
•Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT and CarMax standards.
•Maintain accurate and compliant DOT logs and documentation while representing CarMax professionally with vendors, store associates, and the public.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26.2 - 44.6 hourly

Key Requirements

•Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) issued by the state.
•Have 2+ years of Class A CDL driving experience (military heavy/medium tactical experience considered).
•Maintain a clean driving record with no serious violations in the past three years and no preventable safety incidents in the past 2 years.
•Meet DOT and FMCSA qualification requirements and maintain accurate, compliant DOT logs and documentation.
•Be able to lift heavy objects, operate winches during loading, and operate a 10-speed transmission; be willing to work outdoors in varied weather.
