Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
  • •5+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor’s or 3+ years with a Masters or PhD.
  • •At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of Boeing’s “Exploring Leadership” course.
  • •Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (final Secret Clearance pre-start is required).
  • •U.S. Citizenship Required.
