Silicon Packaging Design Engineer

Drive end-to-end development of test board designs for advanced silicon package validation and characterization, from concept through tapeout. Own board planning, floorplanning, routing studies, layout implementation, and connectivity validation while ensuring electrical, mechanical, performance, and cost objectives. Partner across package design, test/validation, and laboratory teams, lead design reviews/DRC resolution, and support vendor approvals and PLM documentation in high-volume semiconductor environments.
