Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a thought partner to GTM leadership by turning early signals into diagnosed problems and shipped programs.
  • •Diagnose funnel and performance gaps using funnel data, call review, rep feedback, and partnership with RevOps.
  • •Build and own GTM onboarding for new hires to reduce time-to-ramp.
  • •Write and develop messaging and positioning reps can use, partnering with marketing and technical SMEs.
  • •Build and lead the enablement team, roll out programs with structured checkpoints and measurement, equip managers to sustain them, and measure impact against business outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •6–8+ years across sales, sales leadership, enablement, or training/instructional design, ideally with B2B SaaS exposure.
  • •Experience managing or developing people.
  • •Hands-on experience with conversation intelligence tools like Gong or Chorus, and ability to translate call review into coaching plans.
  • •Comfort working with funnel data directly (with RevOps or independently) to diagnose performance gaps.
  • •Track record designing and delivering programs that produced measurable performance improvements across the full-funnel.
