Job Summary

Define and execute product strategy for localized experiences serving Korean travelers. You’ll build end-to-end products through experimentation, rapid iteration, and quantitative analysis, partnering with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Legal. Based in Bangkok or Seoul, you’ll work hands-on with SCRUM teams, prioritize and allocate engineering resources, translate market insights into roadmaps, and measure product performance to drive meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop a deep understanding of the online travel ecosystem, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and user needs in the Korea market.
•Define, build, launch, and optimize products and features through testing, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
•Drive localization initiatives to improve the experience for Korean travelers across the product journey.
•Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Design, Analytics, and other teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
•Translate market insights, customer needs, and business priorities into product strategies and roadmaps, using data to measure performance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics).
•Proven ability to use analytics and quantitative methods to inform strategy, prioritization, and decision-making.
•Strong data skills to independently analyze performance and generate actionable insights.
•Excellent communication skills in Korean and English to clearly convey complex ideas and influence stakeholders.
•Proven experience in Korea market localization and experience developing, launching, and optimizing products in a fast-paced environment.
