Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise operators 1–3 during the shift and escalate issues to the team lead.
  • •Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards; escalate incidents and support root cause and CAPA investigations.
  • •Ensure compliance with quality/GMP standards; escalate quality deviations and support root cause and CAPA.
  • •Drive right-first-time performance on batch documentation and ensure training, SOPs, and OJTs are complete and up to date.
  • •Maintain production schedule adherence and manage line OEE and waste performance, including reporting and improvement opportunities.
