  • •Oversee and manage work distribution, facilitate cross-training, and report performance and operational metrics to management.
  • •Ensure the team meets service level standards across sales, customer service, turnaround times, risk management, regulatory compliance, audit soundness, productivity, and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Sales, Treasury Management Service, Branch Banking Operations, or similar fields.
  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • •Advanced knowledge of general banking operations including deposits, new account opening, loan administration, and/or treasury management/commercial banking products.
  • •Advanced experience in deposits and treasury management products.
  • •Advanced communication skills (speaking and writing) and strong business/legal/technical writing ability.
