Job Summary

Process and support commercial loan applications for business lenders by verifying and completing documents, preparing new and renewal loan paperwork, and maintaining accurate loan files. Coordinate with loan officers and loan operations, order supporting documentation, complete pre-funding and accuracy checks, and assist with inquiries, wire transfers, and loan advances. Complete BSA/AML and other assigned compliance training while ensuring loans are properly recorded and ready for shipping and booking.

Key Responsibilities

•Verify, compile, and complete business loan applications and supporting documentation.
•Prepare new and renewal loan documents and correspondence based on loan terms and conditions.
•Maintain accurate commercial loan files and ensure loan documents are complete and correctly recorded.
•Coordinate inquiries with the Loan Officer and act as a liaison to loan processing when applicable.
•Perform pre-funding review, assist with wire transfers and loan advances, and prepare loan packages for shipping/booking.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•High school or GED plus specialized schooling and/or on-the-job education, with 2 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
•Ability to read, understand, and write routine correspondence and reports, including documents like policy manuals and procedure manuals.
•Strong mathematical skills to calculate amounts such as interest and discounts and apply ratios and proportions.
•Ability to solve practical problems using limited standardization and interpret written/oral instructions.
•10-key by touch and proficient Microsoft Office skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), with working knowledge of office equipment.
