Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the relay of programming standards between Saint-Nazaire and subsidiaries and pilot the skills-upgrading plan (programming and cutting tools).
  • •Provide high-level technical support for mechanical parts and act as the focal point for Manufacturing Engineering for the subsidiaries.
  • •Evaluate subsidiary performance and autonomy and provide key decision-support indicators to the Support Project Manager.
  • •Serve as the interface with customers and promote activities to feed continuous service improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid experience in programming CNC machines (3, 4 and 5 axes) in the demanding aerospace sector.
  • •Master the fundamentals of Manufacturing Engineering applied to the industrialization of mechanical parts.
  • •Rigorous, responsive and versatile, with strong on-site engagement and availability for regular international travel (particularly Morocco).
  • •Ability to clearly, patiently and effectively transfer knowledge with leadership.
  • •English (desired B1 level).
