Key Responsibilities

•HR OPERATIONS & EMPLOYEE SUPPORT: Assist with day-to-day HR tasks including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee data management; Clarify HR policies and respond to employee inquiries with empathy and accuracy; Support internal HR initiatives, including company-sponsored people programs and team communications; Take ownership of recurring documentation tasks, such as creating and updating internal HR processes, SOPs, and templates to ensure a compliant and well-documented HR environment
•RECRUITMENT & HIRING SUPPORT: Manage end-to-end recruitment tasks including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and process coordination; Collaborate with hiring managers to track progress, provide candidate updates, and maintain momentum throughout the hiring pipeline; Help create a positive candidate experience from first contact to final offer
•ONBOARDING: Coordinate onboarding logistics, welcoming new hires and ensuring a smooth integration into the team
•REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience; ATS experience (Ashby); LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency; HR operations experience (payroll, benefits, employee services); High attention to detail and organization; Familiarity with Portuguese labor law; Excellent English communication (Portuguese a bonus)
•DIVERSITY & INCLUSION: Contribute to an inclusive workplace culture and support HR initiatives to enhance employee experience

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 18,000 - 25,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers — ideally within a consultancy or fast-paced environment
•Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Ashby
•Proficient in LinkedIn tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter, and familiar with other sourcing platforms and talent engagement strategies
•Experience supporting HR operations such as payroll, benefits, and employee services
•Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Portuguese proficiency is a bonus
