  • •Design, develop, test, and implement AI and machine-learning models for compliance use cases.
  • •Build tools and automated workflows to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of compliance monitoring, testing, investigations, and reporting.
  • •Identify opportunities to apply AI across transaction monitoring, financial crime, sanctions, fraud, regulatory change, conduct risk, communications monitoring, customer risk assessment, and compliance assurance.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience with AI/ML, data analytics, automation, AI governance, model risk, compliance, and financial crime/risk management.
  • •Hands-on experience developing, implementing, evaluating, or governing AI/ML solutions including Generative AI/LLMs, NLP, predictive analytics, and risk scoring.
  • •Experience using Generative AI techniques such as prompt engineering, model evaluation, guardrails, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and responsible AI.
  • •Proficiency in Python, SQL, or R (or similar), with familiarity with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, and experience with structured and unstructured data.
  • •Strong understanding of the AI/ML model lifecycle and governance controls, including privacy, information security, bias/fairness, explainability, transparency, and human oversight.
