Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct medical care for employee illnesses and injuries in accordance with regulations and clinic protocols.
  • •Manage the entire workers’ compensation process, including intake, medical follow-up, transitional duty, return-to-work, and conservative care, while communicating with stakeholders and monitoring costs.
  • •Oversee nursing staff and clinic operations to ensure efficient and compliant medical documentation.
  • •Coordinate employee health program activities, including Health and Wellness Fair, flu vaccine campaign, Red Cross Blood Mobile, and Mammogram Van (if available).
  • •Ensure safety and training program completion (Drug and Alcohol, Hearing Conservation, Hazmat, Respiratory Protection, Bloodborne Pathogens, and CPR/AED/First Aid).

Salary: USD 75,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in nursing, environmental, health and safety, or related field plus 5+ years relevant experience (or equivalent).
  • •2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership.
  • •Current Registered Medical Manager (RN) licensure in the state of practice (or multi-state compact reciprocity).
  • •Consideration for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in lieu of RN with equivalent education and experience.
  • •Current certification in First Aid, CPR and AED.
