Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership and oversight across multi-site/phase due diligence, investigation, remediation, impact assessment, permitting, and infrastructure construction.
  • •Collect and analyze data from work sites, surveys, blueprints, GIS, subsurface utilities, maps, hydrology, and geotechnical sources to support project development and design.
  • •Develop construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, and construction safety/phasing plans while coordinating with owners and multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Lead larger-scale civil engineering projects, including guiding contributors, preparing and overseeing budgets, tracking hours/expenses, and supervising subcontractors and staff.
  • •Conduct engineering reviews and inspections, produce technical reports/presentations, and support business development by building a client base.

Key Requirements
