Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end design for Auth0's Dashboard, Universal Login, and developer experiences. From discovery research through polished UI.
•Lead strategic initiatives with product managers and engineering leads to define roadmaps and shape product direction
•Create pixel-perfect interfaces with attention to visual design, interaction patterns, and accessibility
•Prototype and validate ideas through iteration, user research, and data
•Evolve our design system, establishing patterns that scale across Auth0 and Okta

Key Requirements

•7+ years designing digital products with strong visual design and systems thinking.
•Experience simplifying complex, multi-step workflows without losing power or flexibility.
•Strong prototyping skills in Figma or similar tools; comfort with code-based prototypes.
•Research fluency and knowing when to run usability tests, review analytics, or trust informed intuition.
•Clear communication that influences stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
