As a Beauty Advisor, you’ll welcome clients and deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that build confidence. You’ll share product knowledge, stay current on beauty trends, and help exceed sales goals and key performance indicators. The role also includes supporting inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment and fostering inclusivity and teamwork. You must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays within required weekly shift hours.
