Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts including purchase agreements, service agreements, license agreements, supply agreements, and NDAs.
  • •Identify and mitigate legal risk by implementing processes, trainings, and controls for supported teams.
  • •Provide legal analyses of applicable laws, regulations, and industry practices related to procurement.
  • •Counsel Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Facilities throughout the procurement lifecycle, including RFPs, RFQs, purchase agreements, license agreements, and dispute resolution.
  • •Manage standard SpaceX forms and terms and conditions, and support continuous improvements to streamline procurements using AI and other technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •JD or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school.
  • •5+ years of legal experience.
  • •Must be admitted to the bar and in good standing in at least one U.S. State.
