Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve store sales and maximize profitability through visual merchandising in partnership with the Management Team
  • •Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation by ensuring product recovery, restock/destock, and visual merchandising changes per direction
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes using payroll management and zone/visual support based on business needs
  • •Lead daily operations and guest experience by coaching associates, providing constant feedback, and participating in store opening/closing to visual standards
