Lead the client and product reporting function across the Americas, ensuring accurate, timely, and client-focused reporting. Own reporting strategy and delivery for factsheets, regulatory reporting, and customized client reporting, driving automation and scalable solutions. Serve as a senior escalation point, partner with Distribution, Product, Technology, Operations, and Client Service teams, and represent the reporting function in strategic client discussions to enhance client experience and support business growth.
