Consumer Banker II

Provide an exceptional customer experience by speaking with existing customers in an inbound call center and helping them through solution-based conversations about Fifth Third consumer banking products and services. Use a consultative approach to assess needs, tailor recommendations, and support customers in achieving financial goals. Collaborate with internal partners to meet customer needs while following policies and procedures, including risk accountability and ethical conduct.
