Key Responsibilities

  • •Process claims within agreed company SLA (Clear to Zero) and adjudicate each claim according to Allianz Care policy benefits.
  • •Ensure accurate, efficient adjudication/investigation with timely follow-up and accurate reporting.
  • •Meet agreed personal and team targets for productivity and quality to drive departmental success.
  • •Respond to internal customer queries professionally and in a solution-focused manner to ensure efficient resolution.
  • •Support data management practices and handle customer information securely and efficiently while using AI/analytics tools responsibly.
