Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and deliver assigned Trade Transformation and Digitisation initiatives across Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance by coordinating matrix stakeholders.
  • •Translate strategic change objectives into governed initiatives across trade products, systems, and processes, including digitisation of trade processes and customer journeys.
  • •Consolidate inputs across business, product, operations, and technology to validate feasibility, sequencing, and interdependencies.
  • •Manage end-to-end delivery of trade product and platform enhancements, including automation and customer journey redesign across trade systems and operating models.
  • •Provide delivery governance and reporting by monitoring milestones, dependencies, risks/issues, escalating impacts, and supporting senior steering forums and value realisation.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 years of experience in banking or financial services with demonstrated delivery experience in Trade Finance or Transaction Banking transformation and digitisation initiatives.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
  • •Knowledge of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products and trade transformation/digitisation initiatives in banking.
  • •Understanding of trade operations, controls, and regulatory considerations.
  • •Delivery and change management capability across complex, multi-stakeholder environments with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
