Key Responsibilities

•Conduct physical inspection and authenticate gold and silver using XRF, acid testing, visual inspection, and weight verification.
•Calculate buyback pricing using live spot prices and approved commercial spreads, and negotiate within guidelines.
•Complete KYC, AML, and Source of Funds documentation and escalate suspicious transactions under UAE AML regulations.
•Support retail and portfolio teams with bullion valuation requests.
•Educate clients on precious metals markets, pricing, and buyback processes to build repeat investment relationships.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years’ experience in bullion trading, precious metals dealing, refinery valuation, or buyback operations.
•Preferred formal assay or precious metals valuation training.
•Strong knowledge of LBMA Good Delivery standards and the ability to identify counterfeit or plated bullion.
•Good knowledge of UAE AML, KYC, and STR reporting, with attention to regulatory compliance.
•Excellent commercial negotiation, numerical accuracy, and client relationship skills.
