•Act as the primary technical escalation point for premium global publishers; diagnose and resolve integration issues by diving into code, network traffic, and ad server configurations.
•Lead implementation calls, troubleshooting sessions, and product walkthroughs for the Brazilian market, fluent in Portuguese.
•Own end-to-end technical onboarding of MonetizeMore's tools (e.g., PubGuru, Advanced Ads) for high-value accounts to ensure zero downtime and optimal revenue.
•Write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations to adapt monetization solutions to client websites and apps.
•Translate complex ad-tech concepts into clear value propositions for non-technical customers and feed real-world feedback into product and engineering teams.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a highly technical, client-facing role (e.g., Solution Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager).
•Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken) and proficient English for internal collaboration.
•Strong front-end web technologies: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, plus understanding of HTTP/Network protocols and using Chrome DevTools for debugging.
•Experience with ad tech or digital advertising ecosystems (GAM, Prebid.js, Header Bidding, SDK integrations, or GPT) is highly preferred.
•Ability to lead technical onboarding, write/debug custom code (JavaScript, HTML, API integrations), and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
