  • •Act as a strategy business partner to senior leaders to develop and implement enterprise strategies and manage results
  • •Create detailed project plans and drive accountability for tasks, deadlines, and outcomes through cross-functional teams
  • •Identify initiative dependencies, risks, and develop mitigation plans
  • •Drive initiative implementation and change management; build executive presentations and communicate progress and critical items

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required
  • •Advanced understanding/certifications in project management and change management
  • •7-10 years of experience in strategic planning, program management and change management
  • •5-7 years of experience in end-to-end business process redesign
  • •7-10 years working directly in technology, cybersecurity and/or enterprise software with understanding of core software business operations
